Tomgfashion Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to help while keeping pricing fair for everyone.

1) Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • After 30 days, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

2) Return Eligibility (Item Condition)

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed
  • Free of odors, deodorant/makeup stains, pet hair, or damage
  • With all original tags attached
  • In original packaging (including any dust bags, boxes, and inserts, if included)

If an item is returned in unacceptable condition, it may be sent back to you or a partial refund may be issued (at our discretion) to cover cleaning/restocking.

3) Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance / Final Sale items (including items marked in red or noted “Final Sale”)
  • Accessories
  • Beauty items / cosmetics
  • Gift cards
  • Any item that appears worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

4) How to Start a Return (Return Authorization Required)

To start a return, email us before shipping your item:

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you’re returning
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (required if item arrived damaged/incorrect)

Returns sent without contacting us first may be delayed or refused.

5) Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (even if a return is approved).
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels (except in rare cases, such as confirmed shipping errors on our end).

Tip: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. For items valued over $150, consider purchasing shipping insurance.

Please Include your packing slip/order receipt inside the package to avoid delays.

7) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The item
  • The packaging
  • Any damage/issue

We’ll review and, if confirmed, we’ll arrange the best resolution (replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable).

8) Refunds (If Approved)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you about approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing (timing may vary by bank/card issuer)

9) Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (posting can take time)
  3. Contact your bank (processing time may apply)

10) Exchanges

  • We only offer exchanges for damaged/defective items (or if we shipped the wrong item).
  • If an exchange is approved, the item must be returned first.
  • Customers are responsible for exchange shipping, unless the issue was due to our error.

11) Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.
  • Because we process orders quickly (sometimes same day), cancellation requests must be sent within the hour to:

If your order has already shipped, you may still return eligible items under this policy, but you are responsible for return shipping and original shipping is non-refundable.

12) Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed.
  • If an order is shipped to the address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer entry error.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, we can reship it at your cost.

Holiday Extended Returns (Seasonal Policy)

 

To make holiday shopping easier, we offer an extended return window for eligible purchases.

  • Eligible order dates: Orders placed November 15 through December 31
  • Holiday return deadline: Eligible items must be postmarked on or before January 31 (of the following year)

All standard return rules still apply, including:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free of stains/odors, with tags attached and in original packaging
  • Final sale/clearance items, accessories, beauty items, and gift cards are not eligible
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return authorization may be required (please contact us before mailing your return)
