Steam or Soak your skin for Several Minutes to make removal of dead skin easier.

Try it in a circular motion on a small part of your skin to see if your dead skin comes off immediately while adding comfortable pressure while scrubbing.

With your hand in a mitt damped with water, use small circles or back and forth strokes to exfoliate one section at a time. Increase the pressure as needed until you feel comfortably adding more pressure and getting deeper exfoliation. You will see the magic before your eyes as you see your dead skin rolling off, leaving you with soft and smooth skin.

Finish up with your favorite moisturizer, wash your mitts and hang to dry.

You can add you favorite soap while using the mitt or with just water. You get more of a scrub effect when used with water alone.

Mitt comes as a pair. Please use one at a time for 3 month then replace with a new mitt.
